Luma Russo (Brazil) beat 37 other contestants from across the globe to win Miss Charm 2023 at a final night held at Hoa Binh Theatre in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) on February 16.
The 1st runner-up was Annabelle McDonnell from the Philippines and the 2nd runner-up was Miss Indonesia – Olivia Aten.
The beauty received the crown from judge Lan Khue and a sash from Mireia Lalaguna – Miss World 2015. Luma Russo received a cash prize of 100,000 USD (about 2.3 billion VND).
Miss Charm is an international beauty contest, founded and organized by Vietnamese. The event is organized with the mission of promoting culture, tourism and educational activities, creating a distinctive direction in the journey of spreading the true value of beauty to the community.
