Miss World Karolina Bielawska explores Mexico

Karolina Bielawska tours Monterrey with Miss Mexico

Reigning Miss World, Karolina Bielawska is currently visiting Monterrey, Mexico, where she has reunited with her friend, Miss Mexico, Karolina Vidales, “It’s great to see Karolina again! Not only do we share the same name but we are both Business students!” exclaimed Karolina.

“And we both love to travel” added Miss Mexico, Karolina Vidales

They took the opportunity to catch up, while enjoying the afternoon sunshine, in beautiful Santa Lucia Park. The park hosts the famous Santa Lucia International Festival every November and celebrates young performers, artists and international cultural activities. As well as the park, exhibits and performances also take place in the surrounding streets.

Karolina Bielawska expressed her excitement, “Mexico is famous for the warmth and hospitality of its people and I can’t wait to get started! Ola Mexico!”

Their next stop was to a Monterrey primary school. Both Miss World, Miss Mexico and the children had a thoroughly enjoyable time. The titleholders received the warmest of welcomes from the children, with big hugs and smiles. Karolina Bielawska said, “Monterrey children all wear colourful hats to school. I am not sure why this is but it certainly brightened up my day!

Miss World finished the tour with a visit to the spectacular Cascada Cola de Caballo waterfalls. Karolina will treasure the memories of this stunning view and her Mexico experience. She said, “I love nature and discovering its beauty in Mexico was a lot of fun! Thank you @karolinavidales for showing me around and sharing this experience with me!
