Malaysia’s Benedict Yu wins Mister National Universe 2023

Benedict Yu becomes the first Malaysian to take home the title.

Malaysian Bededict Yu was crowned Mister National Universe 2023 on June 27, 2023 at the Watergate Ballroom of Amari Watergate Bangkok in Ratchathewi, Bangkok, Thailand.

Hailing from Kota Kinabalu, the 27-year-old doctor also claimed the ‘Mister Popular’ and ‘Mister Flawless Skin’ titles, two of seven special awards presented at the global grand final.

Benedict succeeds Mister National Universe 2022 – Ngo Hoang Phi Viet of Vietnam.
