In a glittering event held at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium in Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan, Andrea Rubio of Venezuela was crowned Miss International 2023 by the outgoing queen, Miss International 2022, Jasmin Selberg of Germany.
A 23-year-old graduate in social communication triumphed over a fiercely competitive field. Apart from her academic pursuits, Andrea boasts a thriving career as a professional model and a digital content creator. Her tenacity and unwavering dedication have long been recognized as her strongest attributes, with discipline serving as the crucial link between aspiration and accomplishment. These qualities endeared her to both the audience and pageant enthusiasts, making her a standout contender for the crown.
The newly crowned queen’s court comprises the following runners-up:
1st Runner-up: Sofía Osío of Colombia
2nd Runner-up: Camila Díaz of Peru
3rd Runner-up: Nicole Borromeo of the Philippines
4th Runner-up: Vanessa Hayes of Bolivia
