Puerto Rican Fernando Esquivel Padin was crowned as the Mister Grand International 2021- fifth edition of the annual men’s pageant on Saturday in Panama City, Panama.

Cardiff Cayman of the United States of America was declared the second runner-up, Cedric Cabane of France, third runner-up, and Jacob Ondrus of Canada was the fourth runner-up.

Venezuela, Mexico, Ecuador, Panama, and the Philippines completed the top ten.
