Benedict Yu becomes the first Malaysian to take home the title.

Malaysian Bededict Yu was crowned Mister National Universe 2023 on June 27, 2023 at the Watergate Ballroom of Amari Watergate Bangkok in Ratchathewi, Bangkok, Thailand.

Hailing from Kota Kinabalu, the 27-year-old doctor also claimed the ‘Mister Popular’ and ‘Mister Flawless Skin’ titles, two of seven special awards presented at the global grand final.

Benedict succeeds Mister National Universe 2022 – Ngo Hoang Phi Viet of Vietnam.

Meet Contestants of Mister National Universe 2023 pageant that will be competing at the world final to be held at Amari Watergate Bangkok Hotel, Thailand on 27th June, 2023.

He bested out 23 other competitors, becoming the second Korean to bring home the title.

A 28-year-old model and Managing Director from Korea, Jin Wook Kim was crowned Man of the World 2023, who wowed all with his undeniable personality, charisma and beauty.

The world finale was held last June 16th at the Samsung Performing Arts Theater in Ayala Circuit Makati City, Philippines.

Luis Carlos will represent Mexico at Mister Supranational 2023 in Poland

Luis Carlos Cuadra was named Mister Supranational Mexico 2023.

Luis Cuadra, 30, is a dental surgeon who was born in Lázaro Cárdenas, Michoacán and studied at the UAG, living in the city of Guadalajara. He is the eldest of 3 siblings.

The 7th edition of the Mister Supranational contest, corresponding to the year 2023, will take place on July 15 at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in the city of Nowy Sącz, Poland.

Jan Carrasco is Mister Supranational Dominican Republic 2023. He was born in the city of Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic. Jan is a graduate student in the Marketing career and with studies in Photography and Acting, which he has been developing professionally for 9 years. He is a lover of the arts such as music, reading, cinema and photography, he really enjoys sports, nature, animals and especially sharing with people.

Within his great dreams is to continue developing his career in acting, photography and integral growth, to also be a reference entity and with sufficient tools to help others, especially orphaned children who lack a mentor to guide them, help them and teach them how to discover their talents, aptitudes and therefore find that motivation that makes them better human beings for the present and future.

Will Jan become the first man from the Dominican Republic to win the Mister Supranational title? We will find out on July 15 in Nowy Sacz, Malopolska.

Juan is a 28-year-old model, actor, and dental surgeon who originally comes from Matanzas, Cuba succeeded Danh Chieu Linh of Vietnam for the coveted international title. He also won the Mister Photogenic award.

Oscar Guerrero of Colombia and William Gama of Brazil were named the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Kim Hee Won of Korea and Setthapan Thongsuk of Thailand rounded out the Top 5 finalists.

The rest of the Top 15 were the gentlemen from Chile, India, Mexico, Nigeria, North Cyprus, Peru, Poland, South Africa, Spain, and Vietnam.

Reigning Mister International Manu Franco of the Dominican Republic and Supermodel International Quynh Hoa Bui of Vietnam were special guests and part of the esteemed panel of judges.

Prior to the announcement of winners, Mahasarakham, Thailand was announced as the host city of the 9th Mister Global edition (Mister Global 2023) in November.

Michael Pelletier, Mr. Switzerland, became the winner of the Mr. Grand International 2022, held in Trinidad and Tobago.

The 28-year-old fashion model Michael Pelletier from Perly, Geneva, was proclaimed Mister Grand International 2022 on Friday, November 25 at the Southern Academy for the Performing Arts (SAPA) in Trinidad and Tobago.

Michael describes himself as passionate, as he has always been interested to learn as much as possible about new topics, new learnings, and experiences. He is confident, as it helps him recognize his abilities while also knowing that there’s always room to learn more. And lastly, he is helpful, as he often find happiness in assisting and be of service and support to others especially who are in need.

The winners of the male pageant are as follows:

• 1st Runner-up – Kristzan Delos Santos – Philippines
• 2nd Runner-up – Aaron Tan – Singapore

Other Special Category Awards: 

Mister Grand Philippines, Kristzan Delos Santos, also won the award for the “Best in Formal Wear” category, while the “Sports Ambassador” award was secured by Mister Cambodia, You Thoanvannak.

The new Mister Teen World marked a back-to-back win for South Africa

The 19-year-old South African SJ Pretorius was named Mister Teen World 2022, in an international competition held in the city of Guayaquil, Ecuador.

SJ from the beautiful little town of Heidelberg in the Gauteng province of South Africa, enjoys listening to music, cooking, gaming and going to the gym to keep himself strong and healthy.

He had previously competed at the Mister South Africa Teen 2021 contest and Mister Teen World South Africa 2022, in both of which he placed as the winner.

Pretorius is a model and digital influencer. His victory also marked a back-to-back win for South Africa.

Australia’s Lochlan “Lochie” Carey, was named Manhunt International Male Supermodel 2022 during the 21st Edition of the world’s first and longest running international male model contest

The new Manhunt International 2022 Lochie Carey of Australia who was crowned last night at the Okada Hotel in Manila, succeeding last year’s winner Paul Luzineau of the Netherlands. Celeste Cortesi, Miss Universe Philippines 2022, handed the trophy to Carey.

The 23-year-old model and events producer who grew up in Melbourne, Australia beat over 30 other models to win the title and become the second Manhunt International winner from Australia.
