Welcomed by a very excited crown, Lalela posed for photos and greeted the crowd who came to meet her. She will be in Vietnam for the week to attend the Harper’s Bazaar Star Awards and shoot magazine covers.

“My heart is so full. I did not expect such a huge and warm welcome. Vietnam is amazing and I can’t wait to experience the culture and get to know the country better,” a visibly excited Lalela said.

The pageant hosted 69 beauties from across the globe for the contest. Chanique Rabe, the outgoing queen, crowned Lalela at the end of the event.

We also got to see the unveiling of new crown for Miss Supranational designed by Ricardo Patraca.
