The representative of Venezuela, Luis Domingo Báez (Mister Universe Venezuela 2015), first runner up, Dominican Republic (Víctor Alcantara) as second, Puerto Rico (Michael Cheverez) as third, Colombia (Oswaldo Ramos) fourth runner up and Poland (Adrian Krzyzanski) fifth runner up.

Polo also won the award for Best Typical Costume, Venezuela for best body, Brazil for Photogenic and Ecuador, Mister Friendship.
